1985 to 2018: The Dallas Era

1985 – The Dallas family purchased the house and marina from John and Virginia Knight. The house was built in 1981, not finished and the marina was in need of rejuvenation.

Many thanks to all who worked on the marina construction project

All were Bowen Islanders except Dean’s Friend Neno

They would row from Vancouver and overnight on the beach at Cape Rogers Curtis During his lifetime he owned over 70 boats ranging from cruisers to hydroplane race boats
